  Again a 'big' question, I can tell you some of the things MCCC does for me in my game, it allows story progression, my unplayed sims and townies, will marry and become pregnant without me needing the actually play them, this is the main reason I have MCCC, it also can stop annoying actions, my sims no longer get endless drinks of water from the sink, make bar drinks, wash their hands all of the time, head straight for the computer plus a few other annoying actions that sims do.
  I have my game set for no culling, so none of the sims in my game get culled, I don't have to worry about any household losing any friendship/romance because of EA's culling of these things
  MCCC has a cheat mode, so if I choose to use it I can give my sims any skill level I want, give job/school promotion, give them satisfaction points, plus a few more cheats, so there is no need to type game cheats in the cheat bar.
  I have my game set so that casfulledit is always on. so I can edit everything about sims already in the game, I know that somehow casfulledit doesn't work anymore if you click on a townie you wish to edit, instead bringing the household you are playing into CAS, this still works with MCCC so my mailman, DJ and other NPC's are edited to my liking without them losing their NPC jobs.
  Changing the settings in MCCC is a piece of cake, the documentation pages are very helpful and easy to understand, you set MCCC up by clicking on any PC in your game, you can do sim specific things by clicking on a sim, and a few other things by clicking on any mailbox in the game.
  This is just a small part of what MCCC does for me in my game, you may want MCCC to do other things in your game and that is the beauty of this Mod, you set all of these things yourself, use the things you like and leave the things you don't want changed.
  ETA MCCC also lets you set up notifications, so since I have story progression, I get marriage, pregnancy, club member and death notifications so I know who did what while I am playing, I can also name every baby born in game, even if I am not playing that household, which is something I really like.

  MCCC has a lot of stuff in it. So can only say what bits of it I use.
  MCCC provides ways of flagging individual sims which I find really useful. You can select any sim you can see and then flag that sim to freeze their physique, not age, not be culled, etc.
  I play rotationally, so being able to to set my own relationship decay values is really, really useful.
  You can also control how your sims population is created by setting age ranges, gender and how many homeless are generated.
  Editing any sim, on the fly, is just fantastic. You see bar person, mail person, etc. Just edit them right there and then - great stuff.

  You are welcome, glad to help, I know that reading the documentation on the MCCC tumblr page can be a bit confusing but once MCCC is in your game and as I wrote clicking on your sims PC to do your settings is easy, you don't even have to change anything at first, just explore all of the modules, the modules for story progression are mainly in the population and pregnancy part, the tuner module is where you stop annoying actions.
